Color pencil drawing I did yesterday! I'm a little upset about the color choices but I had fun coloring! 

Here is a collage I made a last week! I wasn't sure if this should be the finished product, but I like how it looks. I love mushrooms (which I believe is obvious), and I found interesting words and images to make this. It was for a party and I'm so happy that I got to make such a pretty piece of artwork.

We had Arts Week at school last week, and I was in the metal-working workshop. I made this other plaque and a little keychain. I also had several tester plaques that I didn't take photos of because I was trying to perfect this one. I hope they have more opportunities to do metal-working because I really enjoy it. 

I had my first attempt at metal work on April 3rd, where I made these two plaques. I really enjoyed making them and learning a new skill! I made another one, but I didn't take a photo of it. I messed up the Os several times and some things are a little crooked, but I think these are solid for my first attempts. I'm really proud of them!

It's till a little blurry, but this is my current colored pencil drawing! I really enjoy playing with colors and shading. I've been working on it for a while but this is the newest update.

Here's my second scarf! It's coming along nicely! I was able to do a lot this weekend and added at least 20 rows. I'm really happy with how its going.

Crochet Scarfs

Both of my crochet scarfs are coming along nicely! I haven't had a lot of time to work on them, but the pink scarf is definitely getting longer. I want to finish the purple scarf before Christmas though. Hopefully, I can being my pink scarf on my trip with me and get more done!

Collages - November 10th

This is my first collage, and this one is finished. I really liked this image of the woman and it made me think of nature. The photo kind of sucks but I really liked making this collage.

This is my second collage and I'm still working on it. I wanted a collage that was actually a collage. I'm not sure the meaning behind this one, I was just following what felt right.

I don't have any photos yet because I haven't finished them, but today I started two collages. It's the first time I've ever made one, and I like how both are turning out!

Crochet Scarf 1 - November 5th

My scarf is roughly three feet long! It's a bit longer but it is almost at four fee long. I'm really excited to finish this scarf and work on the new one as well.

Crochet Scarf 2 - November 2nd

Today I started another crochet scarf for our club. I forgot the purple one I was working one, so I started this light pink one. Hopefully I will finish the purple one by half-way through November!

Here are some doodles I did! The ones on the post-it are from a while ago, but the whiteboard doodles are from yesterday. It was fun to doodle again!

Crochet Scarf - October 4th

So this is how my scarf looks right now. It's gotten pretty long! I've also gotten good at crocheting without always having to look at the needle. I'm proud of how well this scarf is turning out.

Crochet Scarf - September 29th (Again)

So this is an hour and a half after I started. It's going pretty well and looks really good! I've been working hard on it and have progressed so much already.

Crochet Scarf - September 29th

So I joined a Crochet club and learned how to crochet! This is the beginning of my scarf. We are going to make projects like hats and scarfs that we can then donate. I just learned how to crochet but I think it will be easier and more fun the longer I do it!
